No, it doesn't work like that. Just like Gravity Pull, damage is not dealt to all six Armagios.
Remember, stealing is equivalent exchange. Your opponent only has 1 Miracle, so the Orbs only have 1 Miracle to steal.
However, if I have 6 Orbs on the field, you'd better not play a Miracle, because I have 98.4375% chance to steal it.
