Btw, why do you name it "Usang"?
In my country's language, the word "usang" means "has been unused for the long time so it has a bad condition now.". 
Hahaha, well, yes I did understand that the connotation behind its name could cause issues. In Filipino, "Usa" means deer, but it looks weird to have a creature which seemed to have been named after a country. So, I added "Ng," an equivalent to "the," in front of "Usa." "Ngusa" looked a little weird to me, so I switched up the letters and got "Usang" which, after Google translating it, said it meant "obsolete" which was funny to me as the opponent's permanent slots would be "obsolete."
Though, does it seem too weird? I find it not Element-esqe enough, any suggestions?
As for the timer, I'm not too sure how removing would affect it? In that, some form of CC is in almost all the elements, but PC is limited to few elements.
