This is an excelent anti-deckout card. With two of there one played after the other, you can non stop dealing 16 damage to your opponent every turn and prevent deck out. Requires the same number of cards to operate as PA'd eternity except you don't need a rewind incase you bottom deck one, so it is actually better, except vulnerable to steal.
Though I am slightly worried about balancing issues. Unstable gas costs 5
with 1
to activate for one turn only. This costs 4
with 1
to activate, for potentially endless turns. Similar quanta/dmg ratio, but with more abilities and mono element.
