As for it being easier than packing enough quanta for 3 :time per turn + Eternity + fodder, this requires up to 6 copies of this card, the quanta to play at least one per turn and 2-7 cards to fill up your hand...
Hourglass your hand.

The addition of more control cards should also provide an incentive to hold onto cards for later.

You only need one to avoid a deckout, more if cards to discard from your hand are added.

The ability to avoid a deckout is interesting.
I wouldn't drop the cost but maybe 1 more attack would do it good.

Also, might I suggest that they be African Swallow | European Swallow (or vice versa) with no difference between the two?
Attack boosted.

I believe you will find that the airspeed velocities of an African and European swallow to be different, calculable by body mass and aerodynamic potential.

This card seems abit over powered for it to only be killed by fireshield at first glance.
Does stasis or frozen stop it's return ability?
I would think it would be better to lose the card if you don't have room in your hand at the end of the turn?

After any effects from attacking are applied, this card is returned to your hand. I couldn't fit it on the card because of poor layout design.

If it were down to me, I'd have it so that you could have them all return to your hand. Don't see how that can happen with the hard limit on hand size.
Couldn't fit your third bit on the card anyway.

Having effects that are not written on the card is not a good thing. It would be an unpleasant surprise, one that leads to lost games.

Finer points of voodoo? Which ones? As long as they can be extrapolated from the card description, they're ok.

like being able to affect weapons with freeze and stasis via the voodoo doll (I guess this is more of general misunderstanding of newer players)
or it's damage effect when PU'd

The first one is written on the card.

The second one is a glitch, caused by the game recording the history of each card.

Unexplained side effects are wholly undesirable.

I saw no mention of Voodoo's PU synergy(bug), so as this is well known, I assume it is intentional.  tho it is early/late for me xD
tho I did see a post about the freezing of voodoo http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13728.msg245484#msg245484 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13728.msg245484#msg245484) :P

And there's no chance of a bug not being listed in a list compiled by a human being. Of course.

Could we talk about my card?

I believe you will find that the airspeed velocities of an African and European swallow to be different, calculable by body mass and aerodynamic potential.
From what I understand there is much debate on the matter and theory suggests that that may well be the case but there is no conclusive evidence showing any difference between the two.
