I took the top right perspective for the card.  All credit goes to hawanja for his great work, thanks!

NOTES:
Attack reduction is rounded down: an attack of 5 would be turned into 0 and two death effects would be triggered.  The death effects idea is borrowed from Schrodinger's Cat, which I believe is in Level 2 or 3 right now.

"What is a 'Death Effect'" is what i keep getting asked in the chat, and for some reason I never explained it here.  A death effect is what happens after a creature dies, such as Bonewall, Graveyard, or Scavenger.  For argument's sake, I don't believe it should trigger Malignant Cells, though I suppose it could make an expensive 1HKO with Aflatoxin if I decided it does.

For Antimattered creatures, or somehow others with negative attack, the attack would be changed to 0, but since there is technically no reduction of attack (moving from negative to 0 is a positive motion on the number line) no death effects are triggered.  This makes it a counter to Antimatter to a limited extent while not making it overpowered by having an extra effect.  Certainly not something set in stone, I can change a few words to make it trigger the effects but I feel its more balanced this way.

btw, before you send it in to the crucible, leave blanks in ATK|HP for the table

Before Antimatter, this definetely would be considered OP.
And it kind of still is IMO. Maybe it should be an immolation like spell (only useable on your own creatures)
And in that case you could have it produce an alternate type of quanta to create synergy with another element.

I disagree.
Most high attack creatures also have low health, so a cheap Lightning would probably be able to kill it; in other words, reducing its attack to 0, generating 1 death effect, AND lobotomizing it and removing its passive skill. Lobotomize aside, Lightning is a 2 :aether or 1 :aether card that reduces its attack to 0 and generates 1 death effect. So, technically, you're generating (ATK-1)/2 death effects for 5 :death and 4 :death, which isn't that OP imho.

It's good idea especially death needs some more ways to improve it's synergy with things dying. I think the cost is perfect atm (one less than antimatter and you don't gain healing from this).

What are "death effects"? With graveyard stacking, bone wall, and vultures, death has plenty of synergy with things dying.

Exactly that which you listed.  Everything that says triggered by the death of a creature.

How about "Decay" or "Degenerate" for the name? "Curse" would also work, but it's overused. "Malediction" means the same, and is a nice word. Only problem I see is with explaining why it would trigger death effects. That  could suggest it's turned into a powerless undead, perhaps. For that purpose, something like "Displace Soul" could work. I dunno.

What will happen when I use this card on an antimattered creature?

What will happen when I use this card on an antimattered creature?
target creature would probably end up with 0 attack and same thing occurs depending on the difference of attack there was.

So it is probably better to write:

Target creature's attack is reduced to 0.  For every two points difference, trigger one death effect.

This + Ruby Dragon + Bone Wall + Graveyard = Win.  This could be an OP card, but it could be a terrible card.  I'm not sure about it.  It really helps :fire and :death decks.
