I like the idea. They both look a little UP compared to nightfall and eclipse. Maybe they could each cost 3 quanta.

Remember that it doesn't only enhance some creatures, it punishes others. Eclipse does not, so I'd say this is about right.

Eclipse helps death creatures as well. Also, only roughly 1/12th of creatures are fire.

Since Nightfall/Eclipse can strengthen creatures of two marks, this card should give water creatures +1/+1 while taking away -1/0 or even -1/-1 from fire creatures, since the chances of playing against fire are still relatively slim.

i dont want it to go -1/-1 to fire creatures because that would kill like half of fires creatures. i might just make it so water creatures gain +1/+1 unupped, and water creatures gain +2/+1 upped. and the penalty to fire creatures just stays the same

I really like this idea not only for specifically the mechanic of the card(s), but also due to the fact that it fits well with  's CC theme.  Seems very balanced, as well.

Negative Effects of this "buff"
Arctic Dragon and Pufferfish get blocked by Gravity Shield.
Chrysaora is burned by Fire Shield and poisoned by Thorn Carapace.
Arctic Squid/Octopus and Water Nymph/Queen are frozen by Ice Shield and poisoned by Spine Carapace.
Physalia and Mind Flayer are frozen by Permafrost.
Blue Crawler, Ulitharid, and Pufferfish do less damage with Adrenaline.

Nightfall/Eclipse has synergy with vampirism, Boneyards, Deathstalkers, and Fractal.  This just has Fractal.

The -1 attack to Fire really only hurts fractal Minor Phoenix.  Other Fire creatures have proportionally high attacks or Growth.  Plus Fire has access to Explosion.

To be honest, I don't really like mass buffs like this anyways, but this one is severely underwhelming.
