"Produce  and  after each Thunderstorm"

A quanta producer? Intersting idea... how about and ? is more energy than water (whic would be rain, but there's not necesseraly rain with Lightning.)

For me it might be  and  . I thought about  because when we have Thunder we often have rain as You wrote;) Or maybe produce and  ? Then this card will have also other usage

@bucky1andonly - I can agree that cumulative means OP. I don't want play against 6 Thundermeters.
I think that when we add produce quantum we can have balance without immaterial, will be ok now?

It would seem the most interesting for it to produce both and after each Thunderstorm. This version allows for perfect trio and even duo synergy.

Also, I'd argue that this card could replace Thunderstorm entirely. *whistles innocently*

As for the name, maybe calling it Storm Shield and having it be a shield could work? Also, maybe the upgraded one could block 1 damage. If you need to condense your text you could write "At each turn where your HP < enemy's HP, casts a Thunderstorm"

I thought now about simply change:
Unupped cost 4 - Thunderstorm when HP< enemy's HP, not cumulative, produce  OR
Upped cost 3 - Thunderstorm when HP< enemy's HP, not cumulative, produce  AND
Will be good now? I think that it can be now balanced
@Hyroen - Third shield for Air probably isn't good idea But replace Thunderstorm might be ok

Nicee this will encourage me to use air card's a lot more.  I agree with Hyroen this card will completey replace thunderstorm. Lol they should just take thunderstorm out and add this in it's place.
