NOTES:
Technically, the ability of the creature is a multiple Purify (though it works only on Creatures). Plus, the amount of the poison "swallowed" by the plant grows the plant itself.
Before you ask it: yes, Toxotropismya/Venomotropismya can heal itself too!
On the other hand, the gain of the statistics depends only on the original amount of poison; if it was 0 nothing happens, if the counter was positive (typically after a previous Purify) it damages the plant.
Hard counter against Infections and Plagues; also strange synergies with certain cards (like Virus, Plague, etc.)
The passive ability of Toxoptropismya/Venomotropismya is – obviously – poisonous.
It should (but, not
must
) be a Rare card as well; some elements have an additional Rare (eg. Miracle, Pharaoh) and I suppose all elements should have one of them.

+2|+2 is quite a big improvement over +1|+1. Either decrease cost of unupped or increase cost of upped. Maybe both.

To start off, great art!
I think the Gains "+2 | +2 after each point of poison" should come before "
: Toxic Bloom. Purifies target creature" so that people don't think that toxic bloom grants two abilities to the target creature.
You were saying for most of your creatures, that they should be rare. That's reasonable in the current context of the game, but I think people were actually promoting the opposite - making all rare creatures non-rare.

Uh, but when Toxo|Veno uses Toxic Bloom, that's when it gains stats for poison counters on the creature targeted. So if it was put before, that would make no sense.
