If anything this is great against passive healing like shards and Emp Bond since it affects each one individually.

I rarely bother posting on most of the card ideas these days, but I really like this idea.  It's a unique ability, it's reasonably costed, it's balanced, it's somewhat useful, albeit a niche card, and it's fun :)  It has the official Dragon Stamp of Approval.
