If anything this is great against passive healing like shards and Emp Bond since it affects each one individually.

the old SoG would work with one less healing per shard, but the new stack make the whole set 1 instance.

I rarely bother posting on most of the card ideas these days, but I really like this idea.  It's a unique ability, it's reasonably costed, it's balanced, it's somewhat useful, albeit a niche card, and it's fun :)  It has the official Dragon Stamp of Approval.

Situational, should the player even use healing, but I can see this has potential against decks like adrenaline staffs.
