This seems like this card would make a nice addition to the game but 1 question,what happens if you don't have any more cards to draw?does it count as a deckout or will it stop and leave you with a 0 counter and next turn you will deckout

of course. example: if your deck has 4 cards and you have 2 cards in your hand after playing TL, then you will have 6 cards in your hand and your deck is empty. Next turn you will lose if you wont win this turn

Actually, you would just deck out unless you add an extra line of code saying "don't draw if you have 0 cards in your deck."

dear captain obvious, its normal you wont draw if you have 0 cards in your deck. ^_^

dear captain confused, it's obvious you will attempt to draw even if you have 0 cards in your deck and will end up losing, not playing out the scenario in the heavily nested post. ^_^

i dont think you will lose while you are attempting to draw. regarding to game rules you lose if you have 0 cards in your deck AND you cannot win that turn.

example: if you have 1 card in your deck and you play Time Leap, then you draw 1 card (cannot draw more of course). now you wont lose immedately, you will lose in the next turn if you cannot win in the current turn. right?

No, because if you have 0 cards and have precognition/hasten then you lose. The reason you lose "next turn" is because you attempted to draw a card when there were no cards to draw.

i dont think you will lose while you are attempting to draw. regarding to game rules you lose if you have 0 cards in your deck AND you cannot win that turn.

The mechanic can work the way that you intend, but it all depends on the way that the card itself is coded.  For instance, if you try to draw a card using Golden Hourglass when you have 0 cards left in your deck, you will lose.  If this card tried to draw a card in order to fill your hand while there are 0 cards left in your deck then, again, you would lose. 

In order for the card to work the way you intend it would have to be coded so that when there are 0 cards left in your deck it no longer tries to draw cards, regardless of how many cards are in your hand.

I can already imagine how ridiculously annoying the draw animation could get. Drawing 8 cards in a row is a lot of time watching cards flip around on your screen.

in this case i have to apologize, i misunderstood the game rules. you have right, however i think this mechanic is nonsense when you cannot play recognition to reveal opponents's hand if your deck is empty.

answering to this question, you have to be careful when you have too few cards in your deck, you should not play TL
