Suggested before (not by me), but it's a great idea.
It would be great to have in-game.

This seems like this card would make a nice addition to the game but 1 question, what happens if you don't have any more cards to draw?does it count as a deckout or will it stop and leave you with a 0 counter and next turn you will deckout

If you do the same with Hourglass, you deck out immediately.

of course. example: if your deck has 4 cards and you have 2 cards in your hand after playing TL, then you will have 6 cards in your hand and your deck is empty. Next turn you will lose if you wont win this turn :)

CURATOR COMMENT
-Capitalize the word, 'Time', in the ELEMENT section of your table
-Add a :time icon after the card's COST in the table for both cards so that it matches the card image (it requires '11 :time' for example, not just '11' generic quanta)
-Capitalize the word, 'Spell', in the TYPE section of your table

Suggested before (not by me), but it's a great idea.

If the idea was already made, but never made it into the Crucible, it'd also be advised to at least credit them with the original idea (note that their mechanic has to be fairly similar to yours). :) Otherwise, I consider this idea to still be original enough (and not 'stale', in that the person who also created this mechanic didn't follow through with sending it up to the polls) to be let through.

Actually, you would just deck out unless you add an extra line of code saying "don't draw if you have 0 cards in your deck."

dear captain obvious, its normal you wont draw if you have 0 cards in your deck. ^_^

dear captain confused, it's obvious you will attempt to draw even if you have 0 cards in your deck and will end up losing, not playing out the scenario in the heavily nested post. ^_^

Scenario: You have two cards in your hand. You have four cards in your deck. You play Time Leap.

Your intended outcome: You draw the last 4 cards, do what you want, and end your turn. When you play Time Leap, you will lose next turn.

The actual outcome: You draw the last 4 cards to make 5 cards in your hand. You try to draw a 5th card because you do not have 8 cards in your hand. The game will treat this as a deck-out. When you play Time Leap, you will automatically lose.
