Turn 1a: Play Time Dilation Effect/Field
Turn 1b: opponent plays cards but they are delay
Turn 2a: Play Silence. It is delayed.
Turn 2b: Opponents previously played cards come into effect. Is not silenced.
Turn 3a: Silence is now used.
Turn 3b: Opponent cannot play any cards due to Silence.
