is a pretty substantial cost difference and there is also the chance to miss. I think it could stand to either be cheaper or do a little more damage
Granted, thats maybe not the best of comparisons since longsword is quite high powered, but nevertheless, given the choice between the two, why choose Hrunting over longsword?
Longsword aside, take Discord as an example. Upped discord = 6 damage + scramble. Granted 8 damage is better on the surface but after factoring in the miss chance, it averages 6.7 damage... why would I give up scramble (or for that matter any other balanced special skill) in exchange for a .7 average dpr increase?
All that said I like the use of miss chance to balance damage. I just think cost should come down or max damage should go up. On the upped version at least. (i'ld favor dropping cost since discord already takes up the 3
