I think the idea of placing a creature at the BOTTOM of one's deck could actually be beneficial for the user (you could use this on a Malignant Cell on your side of the field to ensure that it doesn't ruin your set-up); it does have a very fun tactic though of really ruining someone else's creature combo tactics...
Combined with Nightmare, however, this card would be a very strong form of denial... potentially too strong, but we'll see.
