IDEA:
TuckingFypo.
NOTES:
Flying versions loose the "generate Ice Charge" ability but is still immaterial.  This is to prevent abuse of Adrenaline and Flying Weapon for a spammable mass freeze.
Upgraded version generates an upgraded Ice Charge.
This weapon is ranged(meaning it can bypass Wings).
I don't really know if this should be a rare or not. Feedback please! =D
Aesthetically meant to look like a magic glove or something(Yes, the symbols are Chinese, but that'll change :p).

Ice Charges stack like pillars. It's effect is immediately usable even on the turn it's played/summoned.
When you use its ability, all Ice Charges in the stack are destroyed.
Freeze effect lasts for 3 turns for both upped and unupped.
The freeze chance will cap at 100%.
You can't buy this in the bazaar.

It could be a snow storm or something.... I agree that the name can be misleading though.

In a sense, when the Storm Charges are used, they release a storm.  X turn flood is OP would completely defeat the purpose of the actual card Flooding, since this would generate a charge each turn, allowing for a free(no upkeep), immaterial flood.

It could be a snow storm or something.... I agree that the name can be misleading though.
Yea, I was thinking blizzard to be exact. Well, a tempest (http://www.answers.com/topic/tempest) is a storm, so...:p
Or do you mean the Storm Charge?

Nice art, and nice concept.

It gives water a mono-CC weapon, which water could use ATM. The cost might need a +/- quanta raise but it's current form is generally balanced from what I can see.

Does Storm Charge's effect remove invisibility?

Thanks! Bah, I didn't consider Cloak.  Theoretically it should, just like a storm would and like all other mass CC cards would.  The problem right now is that there won't be enough space to fit that in. xD

Honestly, I feel that "Storm Charge" sounds better.  I'll add a poll to see what the community thinks though.

I like Frost Charge more than either poll option. Ice Charge sounds too short, but Storm Charge doesn't make sense... Frost Charge kinda fixes both. :P

Since Ice Charge is winning currently, I've changed Storm to Ice.  I swear I should save every card image I make... xD
