nice card but I think the upgraded one is a little under priced only maybe by 1. I mean a 4/5 flyer that gives a boost for 5 anything is kinda cheap

Since Strata is itself an airborne creature, it benefits from its own bonus, so it's really a 5/5.  And it's quanta, not any quanta.  The icon may be faint, but it is there.  The upgrade gives +1/+1, which is pretty standard.  An upgrade is usually worth 2 stat points before increasing the card cost.
