Is this a Dragon?

I believe that Asmodeus is a type of dragon found in some folklore (I forgot where though). That said, I think it should belong to Darkness (and then push out of the circle for having the most 'dragons' in their arsenal ).

It should be Death  !!!

As low HP creatures gain -1HP with those, killing stuff will make things faster (let's say plague, afla and bloodsucker).

Also, a "killing" ability like that is cool to see it in the death cards.

It doesn't kill creatures though.... also, that might make really strong in terms of CC.

I figure it's best as Other because, without the ability to kill, its ability doesn't really fit any element more than any other and this option also allows far more mono decks to use it. The issue of Nova doesn't really affect this card like other higher cost Other cards as to utilise the quanta fully you must play a rainbow, which doesn't work well with this card at all.
