NOTES:
Gameplay: Basically when targeted with the Spell Basilisk Blood or the ability Petrify, instead of gaining the HP buff and being delayed for 6 turns, Stone Monkey|Monkey King deja vu's himself (buffs/damage don't carry over to the clone). This is a passive ability, so can't be removed by Lobo and mutants retain it (though clones spawned from the mutant will be normal). I'm hoping to give BB/Petrify a soft offensive ability with this, as well as increase use of the Auburn Nymph which seems to be one of the less used Nymphs at the moment.

Background: Based off of the Buddhist tale Journey to the West (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Journey_to_the_West), of which the Monkey King (or Sun Wukong) was the main character. Basically a trickster god of sorts in Buddhist mythology, one of his temper tantrums led him to defeat almost the entirety of Heaven until the Buddha himself stepped in and imprisoned him under a mountain for 500 years (plus or minus a few hundred...I forget). Eventually he redeemed himself, but we've all seen that story before. (BTW, his ability and unupped name derives from the fact that he was birthed from a stone...weird, right? Also, he could turn each of his hairs into a clone to make his personal army)

He was the basis of Son Goku from Dragonball and Dragonball Z, as well as Enma from Naruto. I'm sure he's been in several other forms of media as well. Anyway, my idea for him in the Elements-verse is this:

"Blessed with enlightenment, immortality, and frightful abilities from birth, the Monkey King was not satisfied with being the ruler of the simian kingdom and declared himself the strongest in the world. His hubris and irreverence irked the False Gods, and after a week-long battle they imprisoned him beneath a mountain range, believing that an eternity of imprisonment was fitting punishment for one who dared challenge them. However, the Monkey King endured for centuries, until by chance he was finally released by a wayward monk. He has now vowed revenge against the False Gods and begins to assemble an army in rebellion against them."

Alternate Name could be Hanuman.

I like this! It gives more use to Balisk Blood besides:

Useing it on enemies if you have gravity Shield
CC
Stalling

and gives it an offensive edge

complication with earth nymph, even tho the name of the ability is not "basilisk blood" i believe that they are coded as one in the same in game.  this would be too powerful of a combination, generating unlimited copies in a mono deck, or buff it and then copy it unlimited in a duo.  *unlimited in the sense that even if there is a 23 creature limit, if one dies it could be replaced.

In a deck without Auburn Nymph, you would be able to clone it six times, leading to eleven (if your deck has all six copies of both BBs and Monkeys); it's essentially a limited form of Mitosis. Only the Auburn Nymph method would be truly as repeatable as Mitosis, and that would I imagine be slower due to the Nymph's higher cost and the one turn wait. For there to be a consistent chance of a Monkey army it would have to be a deck revolving mostly around this strategy.

If that's too overpowered in your opinion however, I'm thinking I could lower its HP (unupped version) to 3 so that it can be taken out by Firestorm.

^Another option I was considering was have his attack be buffed instead...I was debating whether to keep the 6 turn delay or lower it.

keep the delay but make it act like deja vu at the end of the delay
Example: ZergKing plays a Stone Monkey and ends his turn
The AI does his turn and then passes
ZergKing draws a Basilisk Blood and then uses it on the Stone monkey delaying it.
Six turns later the stone monkey is no longer stopped and it separates into two and both do not have the ability

of course for this to work and be fair lower the quanta cost

I added a poll with options on how to change the ability. Please vote if you have the time. I also nerfed to give the unupped version only 3 HP.
