I said "could" not "is". I do not posses any decent tools to test my claims and this isn't a card that can be balanced with intuition. I'm trying to point out that this once should be looked into with extra caution.

No ideas for a deck though.
O, ok, Accepted. Zanz does a good beta and the community is pretty good at cracking cards straight up.
I measure cards with maths and then some runnings against decks. I misunderstood an thought you already found a loophole.

Something bothers me.. Why is there :life in that card?

Look at :life creatures, then look at that card. Is that really a place where a Rustler would hang out?
LIfe isn't Good or Evil, like all elements it just exists or doesn't.
Where in the world of elements would a place exist where Darkness and Life energy overlap? Here.
Though a Rustler might not hang here, requireing Light for its ability, a Toad would.
If there was a Life creature that needed Dark it would hang here. A Lichen that ambushes from the limbs, A treefolk that would rather hide in the peaceful quiet dark than be exposed to other creatures actions. I'm sure the elements world is not finite to what we currently have.

I like the art though. Looks just like hand-drawn. Very nice.
That Vector tool gives some nice results if you are prepared to fiddle.

How does the quanta gain when your opponent spend quanta work? Is it you get 1 quanta whenever they play a card with a non-zero cost, or is it you get 1 quanta per quanta they spend?

You get 1 quanta (selected at random from the list) each time an opponents performs an action that takes quanta off his quanta pool.

Summoning a Creature with a cost, Playing a Spell with a Cost, Playing a permanent with a cost, Activating an Ability of a card that has a cost above 0, Paying an upkeep such as for flood. All these generate 1 quanta each.

When measured, on average it was about 1 quanta per turn generated. Making this card produce about 3 per turn. Depending on how it does in the polls I may pull it and rework it trying to remove things people dislike and offset them in other ways.
