What if I made upped deal 2 damage at 2 :aether?

Grabbows run a few quantum pillars. If they replace them with this... not necessarily a lot better, but graboids drop earlier. And no, upgrading cards in a grabbow isn't too bad, as it helps with arena grinding. (Bronze/silver, to get SoRs for instosis)
Enough of this OT stuff.

Back to the card, I agree with ZBlader. 3-4 :aether would fit perfectly fine. Increased damage on both fields also amplifies the specialty of this card.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

seems like a better thunderstorm and a worse nova. there isn't really a gap that you're trying to fill with this card.
My default opinion of a new card is OP. Your job as a card creator will have to be to convince me otherwise.
