ooh how about whenever you use it it deals 5 damage to you? not sure if its still overpowered...still really good CC and good if youre winning to bring down both life totals

I both like and dislike this.

At the moment its way OP but I like reuseable effects and things that relate to Telekinesis.

i'd say make it expensive, like 8:fire, and unupped does 4 damage to opponent, 5 to you
or if that's still OP (which i think it is, although maybe a high cost could work, but i'd like it to be cheaper) then how about 4/5 damage to target, 10 to you. and the cost could stay 4/3

Specifically so that it cannot be removed.

Also, I liked the idea of an "Enchant Player" kind of mechanic.

Why not make it a Permanent (which allow it to stack), cost  1 :fire to use, and maybe do only 2 damages. 

Another is to be able to cast it on a creature, which replace their ability, and allow to them to do a fire attack of 3 damages to creature at cost of 3 :fire (which is also a good way to lobo a none-fire deck creature)

Note that you probably can't use the ability the turn you gain it.

It might be better as:

Your mark gains the ability "1 :fire: Pyrokinesis do 5 damage to any target".

it is some good creature control how about weaken it like that sacrifice one of your creatures deal 15 damage to target (go on with the theme of immolation)

This is a good option. The more of the permanent the more powerful the kinesis. Clustered means only one activation. 1 damage per card?

i dont think it should be stackable, either you have the ability or not (although it could be more of the ability, not a big deal)
should be your mark gains the ability to do 2 damage to target once a turn, also if we want it could cost :fire and/or have to be played on a :fire mark (i like that idea, makes it more viable for monos than rainbows)
