Cost needs to go to at least 12, probably 15. Just compare it with any of the other nymphs. Those will require 8-9 turns to play off of a single pillar. This will take 3. Same goes for ability cost.

Basically, the cost needs to go way up because of how easy it is to get :rainbow quanta.
There's only one card that comes even close to 15 (disregarding fractal) - and that's an upped phase dragon. And with the stats being lowered and ability cost raised to 4, don't you think 15 is kind of a stretch? i don't think there are more than 3 cards that cost 10 or more

All unupped dragons have a cost of exactly 10, except light with 12 and aether with 13 (and the upped dragons are more expensive). Sky Blitz costs 9 but absorbs all your air quanta and Miracle takes either 15 or 12 and absorbs all your light quanta too. Not many, but more than 3 :P

2. i should have said More than 10 instead of 10 or more.

i think "other" card always more expensive and cos this ability is powerful may cost 5 "other" to use ability?
and the attack better keep at 3 so most shield affect could work.

I think this card is best off having no attack and being very fragile.  It's already pretty strong by itself.

Card changed -
Cost raised to 9.
Stats now 0 / 3 | 0 / 5 .
Ability now costs 5.

True an immortal 0 atk creature lives forever. However once you have 500hp, this creatures effect changes to "Deal yourself 20|10 damage. Ha Ha." The living forever is no problem at all.

Maybe you did not understand what I wrote. This increase max hp by 20 while decreasing current hp by 20|10. Once max hp rises to the maximum possible [500 max hp] then the positive bonus is negated because it will not exceed that hard ceiling of 500hp. At that point and onward the ability becomes worse than useless because it maintains its backlash without providing the benefit.
PS: Stoneskin can achieve 500hp and it is not OP.
To be clear: I am saying that the ability for the nymph to never die is not a problem after 500 max hp.

the major problem is not the HP cap.
Stoneskin can achieve 500hp but it need 75  :earth frist and 6 card ,Shard of Divinity only add HP 120 at most for 6 card
this card can easily add HP to 200 by it self only need 5 :rainbow per turn. isn't it much more efficient if not easy to kill?

这张卡的增加生命效率实在是太高了,只要一张卡就能很容易的在前几回合增加大量的生命,考虑到很多元素都有恢复生命的方法,如果她没法被杀死的话会使你很快获得太多的生命,即使只有200生命也是很大的优势吧?许多牌组面对她会感到无解的,只能等着自己出光手中的牌然后输掉。增加一或两点攻击力(我前面说的3点可能太高了),减少她的生命值让她可以被各种盾牌的效果影响应该会让她更平衡。

Just remember that 109 :rainbow < 67 :earth

The healing isn't too hard with either shards or some miracles either. I'd say the cost doesn't need to be any lower.

These are two different variables. If you have a theory for equating quanta cost and stockpile requirement then I would like to hear it.
3 :fire|1 :fire +40 :fire stock < but ~= 6 :aether|3 :aether. Therefore 40 :fire stock is worth 5-7 :aether|5-7 :aether?

The healing isn't too hard with either shards or some miracles either. I'd say the cost doesn't need to be any lower.
I agree that the cost should not decrease until playtesting which is a ways away.
