If it misses, does it not affect the Sneaky Sneaky Sneaky Sneak Lolz thing, or does it nullify the spell entirely?  If it were to disable all "entire field" spells, it would be more useful, but still not entirely worth using.  I still think that the skill belongs on a stronger creature.

This thing seemed dead inside. It seemed like an automaton, trying to act like as if it was alive. The effect was unsettling.

I assume it's like having half immaterialism. A thunderstorm would still hit everything else, just has a 50% of missing it.

If it misses then the spell is nullified and the cost is still consumed, Regarding field spells,  that depends on chance, you may cast ROF :fire and kill all creatures, or maybe some , or maybe none. I also considered on making it a stronger creature but a strong creature that has a 50% evasion might be too powerful. I intended this to be just a critter - a fun critter.

still..., if i get more similar suggestions then Ill change it.

Like MildFrightenedBoy pointed out, the stats are IMO still too low, at least for the upped version.  I'd try increasing the attack by 1-2 to make it worth targeting (dunno what's best for the unupped version though).

The problem isn't really that it's a weak creature.

It is a weak creature that will resist any attempt to become a strong creature.

The completely trollish thing about this is that at least one person will probably end up ragequitting because they used six Chaos Powers on this thing, and it evaded all of them, then got sniper-ed.

No.  Shard of Grace only affects your opponent's skills and spells.  This creature can evade all skills and spells.

Yes, but moomoose is correct on the proper element for this, Air. Air is the element that provides freedom of movement, and dodging to this degree would require such freedom.

Idk what you mean by "no", but yes, I assume that this card is also capable of evading the opponent's buffs as well as the owner's CC.
