I like the various effects you would get from hurling different permanents... but it feels that this card is a bit too... opponent friendly?  I mean, almost none of the things you hurl seem to help you in anyway besides damage...  And the opponent could probably get a lot of random benefits from the stuff you're hurling.

Keep it Simple

I would suggest have it deal a constant amount say 10 damage per permanent.

I like the bonus effects so instead of the opponent how about you recieve the bonuses?

It makes more sense that way, you are sacrificing your own stuff after all.

A pillar may be worth more than you think. I value a pillar at about 3 quanta (due to the lost quanta production) plus the card.
So 5 quanta plus a card to deal 10 damage? sounds right
