Hmmm. I like, though the name is just too . . . unreal? I suggest you change the name to Skogsra|Skogsra. That way, it represents forest spirits. Skogsra are irish forest spirits, leading men astray in the woods. Some of them are good, some of them are evil, etc. However, Skogsra are known for helping men. If a Skogsra likes you, then you will have a good hunt and not be toppled by nature. But some Skogsra are tricksters, and will help you to the point of being a nuisance.

If you have bonds, you could use rustlers and have a mark of light and SoDs. Then you basically can out heal everything. Absolutely everything. But that's really extreme.

AAanyway, this card seems pretty balanced, but I'd suggest a higher skill cost. Only 1 for every single soul you have seems staggeringly low, especially because of in-element mitosis. However, it's really vulnerable to CC, including RoF. So, I like it.

And that sounds like a cool name too...
