Is the transfer from a target to a random creature? Or from a random creature to a target? I think you can only have one target. I like this card very much by the way. At first I thought what was the point of this card if you're just debuffing to buff, when I saw the potential of debuffing an enemy's frozen creature, and empowering your own.

This would be cool with Arctic Squids.

EDIT: Oh and another thing. plus music brings the idea of Sirens to my head, perhaps that would be a better noun than Mermaid. Just a thought.
