I'm really unsure about balancing. Gravity has momentum and Armagio, so this probably wouldn't find much use in mono gravity decks. Thoughts?

Brilliant. I love this card.
I was always thinking that there should be a weapon that casts Gravity Pull. Maybe I would increase the casting cost or, in case it turns out to be overpowered, make it a duo.

Why is it "enchanted" with gravity pull

Interesting - the names of both versions are identical with one of my very first card ideas (which never made it past the Crucible).  Your idea is far better.  Still, I am not sure about the wisdom of putting GP on a stick; with any creature with attack over 3, it's better than Snipe.

Ah, another fan of black holes, I take it?

As for GP vs. Snipe:

Pros:
  • Can kill very high HP creatures
Cons:
  • Can only be used on one creature at a time
  • Sacrifices your own attack power to kill the creature
  • Most creatures have quite low HP, and other CC (e.g. Snipe) is more effective on them
  • Gravity focuses quite heavily on momentum, which conflicts with this card

I think for this card would be like eternity (6  :gravity / 5 :gravity) and ability cost (3  :gravity:gravity) I think just less OP like that (and both damage are 4)
The game needs more cats. :3

What makes it more so than regular gravity pull? The fact that you can juggle and "micro" gravity pulls?

I think the upgraded version needs a lower cost of 4. isn't singularity taken as a name? I like it more than pulvy which was the old sofo... what's the stats when flying?

Yes.  This card idea was created nearly a year ago, well before Singularity was introduced to the game.
