Also, the -1 is from the shock but the +1 comes from the jolt of energy that comes with it.  Affects immaterial.

Meant to pair with Shard of Wisdom.  Also works with Lightning, mass CC [only when it deals instant damage], and Bolts.

Spell damage also includes damage from effects such as Unstable Gas, Rage Potion.

This does not include damage taken from Infection, Poison, Acceleration, Fire Shield, Sniper.

Ugh, not again.  And my computer isn't letting me modify it.  So as soon as I get on my DS, the upgraded will be changed to 3 :aether .
