Shield Guard | Weapon Guard

I've been letting my ideas stack up without making them...Werdbooty's latest card (go check it out!) reminded me I still had to do this one, and since the only thing missing is artwork, I thought I should post it.

Anyone who fancies doing art for this is more than welcome

On a personal note, I like this card because both unup and upped version have their use, so there's no real gain from having loads of  and upgrading 6 of these...

Excellent idea!
This (the upped) would hurt a crusader deck so bad...

I like the idea but I don't think it fits in an element wich has Protect Artifact. Considering the cost it kinda outshines your whole idea doesn't it? (1  for total protection to both shields, perms and weaps)

which element do you think it should belong to? Also don't quite understand the other bit?

Cost should be 3  | 2  .

Otherwise, it's an interesting counter to Crusader.

May I ask why? A weapon is imo a more powerful aspect in the game, hence being able to protect that is more valuable than protecting a shield, which I therefore thought is enough of an upgrade bonus?

Although it counters Crusader, I'll admit this wasn't my initial thought, just trying to think of a nice alternative to PA without being impossible to counter. The idea is you have to kill the body guard first before getting to the weapon/shield.

I did come to similar thing, but just felt 'PA-ing' the weapon should be worth more than shield :s (also I guess I wanted them to basically be the same in every aspect other than the shield/weapon target, so perhaps influenced my costing lol)
