You know you can put multiple quotes in one post, right?
yeah but im a noob, i dont know how to use it  :(

This card would be useful in dead draw situations where you have too much of one quanta and too little of another.  I like it.  Can this target creatures in your hand?
no, only creature´s on the field, but as i stated in notes, when the creature´s element is changed, it´s changed permanently, so basically if u reverse time it, when it returns to your hand, it still has the new element.

CURATOR COMMENT
-Replace the  :rainbow icon in the ELEMENT section with the word, 'Other'. Please don't use the  :rainbow icon, as it doesn't appear on any of the cards.
-Remove the  :rainbow icon from the COST section of the table. It should match the image, as '3' or '1'
-Capitalize the word, 'Spell' in the TYPE section of the table
-Leave the ATK|HP section of the table blank if the card is not a creature (Do not use the phrase 'N/A' to fill in spots of the table)

I don't think anyone would want this card. you are making up tactics so it can be used, no harm meant, but this won't work

no offense but you make yourself sound as though your very ignorant on the matter,
the reason why i say that is because despite you accusing me of "making up tactics so it can be used" and saying "this won´t work", you don´t intend to give a shred of a reason to as why it wouldn´t work, so unless your going to explain as to why it wouldn´t work (although other people say otherwise) then for own sake, back off, because if your going to go around and accusing people of making up tactics so they can simply make it into the game, no one is going to appreciate it AT ALL.

This card is actually quite balanced when you think about it, if you were in a situation to have to fractal and use this card on a creature (for example, if you were to change Giant frogs to fire, then fractal them) You would first of all need 3 sources of quanta, life quanta, constant source of fire quanta and a large number of aether quanta to fractal the frogs. A number of counters are available before the combo can start.

Evaluation:
I think the effect of the shard should only affect the one creature that the shard is used on. Reverse time is debatable but in my opinion is that it should affect effect of the shard. If there are no counters then the shard would be a bit overpowered don't you think? As mentioned in on of the posts before, the tactic where fractalling your opponent's dragons is a bit overpowered don't you think? Perhaps you could set the shard to only able to affect your own creatures. Other than those counters Overall I think if the card was implemented into the game, it wold be a bit underused as the combo would take too long to be effective and uses for the shards to be effective are limited. Perhaps try decreasing the cost to 2?

I think that the Shard's effect is harmless enough to not worry about adding a counter (to the destructive CC already out there). I do not think this will ever rise to the power of SoD not to mention SoG however it still is worthwhile. Even the  :light :aether strategy of fractalling the opponent's most powerful monster is not OP.

but it´s a bit situational with fractal, as you said you need multiple sources of quanta before considering fractalling the affected creature, so on that note it is quite situational unless you have a good rainbow deck.

good point, it isnt necessary placing counters on the card due to CC cards.

what I was saying is, that Reverse Time which is a CC card can be a counter to this shard. Although that is optional it's probably best to either make RT a counter or damage CC cards a counter. Basically if the creature with the shard used on it was killed then if you had more of the same creature in your deck then those creatures would stay the same element.

I agree that a counter would be best. I think damage CC is sufficient.

I underlined a segment of your post because from my understanding currently if I use the shard on a Horned Frog that does not affect the remaining 5 Horned Frogs in my deck.

correct, this card will not affect all the same creatures, it will only affect the one targeted creature, but not its brethren that remain in the deck or hand.
