ART: EmeraldTiger IDEA: XYTWO NOTES: Blaze is a bit poorly worded, so let me clarify. If the target pool has less than 5 quanta, then you'll gain for every quantum past 0 instead of that pool going into negatives. I'm on the fence for whether this should cost 3 or 4, so please share your opinion. SERIES:

I think it should target player, because I don't think we are allowed to target the quanta pool directly.

At the moment it is thought to be possible to code. There are other cards that are designed around quantum pool targeting like Quantum Locket (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,25665.0.html).
(Currently the best method for targeting quantum would work similar to discarding a card, except that the quantum pools are highlighted instead of the cards in your hand.)

Agreed. That is, in fact, what I thought it would look like when I envisioned how this would target.

A few comments:
1: These rules may or may not still apply to the present. The first rule on the list is clearly not applicable to today, as we have not only a card that protects you from that (Sanctuary), but also a card that does it (Nightmare)!
2: Targeting quanta pools is thought to be technically feasible, and this is about as simple as a pool-targeter can get. It simply removes quanta.

in unupped card it says fire.
in upped it says spell.

btw this is a nice spell card.
