Hm... I thought about something.

Seeing that it REWINDS creatures back into the deck if they're being protected by Sekhmet, what would happen if you, say, used this on a creature on your side of the field while you had Graveyard + Bone Wall out, and then ate it with an Otyugh? Would the creature death 'trigger' the other two cards giving you a skeleton and two stacks of Bone Wall, while the original creature be rewound? Or would it simply rewind back into the deck, without skeleton production/bone wall triggers?

If it's the former, I think you just made another anti-deckout card to replace eternity (for a cheaper and more reusable cost too upgraded!). >.>

this + armagio. 30 damage absorption every turn (if you have 2 armagios, that is). i like the card. it's a good mix of defence/stall/anti deckout.
