This one is good too. I can see why it's a  :fire card, even though it doesn't synergize too well with  :fire creatures. Note the Phoenix (better yet, Fractal minor phoenixes) exception.

There is nothing wrong in making cards for one element when they synergize way better with other elements. Else things like Heavy armor wouldn't be in the game (who wants to put that +0|+6 on Shriekers instead of putting it on Otyughs/Scarabs?).

Well, when I was balancing this first time, I didn't have the fact that it was being upgraded in mind.

On a side-note, titles really do have an effect on the perceived weight of comments...

The upped version now looks like it deserves a casting cost. If you have voodoo dolls or any other creatures with (ATK <= 3), it can be better than Skyblitz over one turn, and it lasts two.
The unupped one, since it only gives 1 advantage at the cost of 1 disadvantage (each turn), doesn't have that issue.

Is this extra damage? Or does this actually increase their attack? I mainly ask because of the interaction with Adrenaline.

With that argument, it's the same as the unupped.

Anyways, the upgrading is supposed to add an advantage.  I see no issue with its current state.

The creature is treated as if that is its attack after the boost is at that point, but will take damage for every attack.
