I think that Nightfall is sufficient to represent this kind of card.

Nightfall affects Death creatures too.
Currently the Death and Time Scorpions are balanced due to the lack of mono buffs.

right. forgot about the death part.
BUT, this card's full effect is for a 3 element scorpion deck- containing death time and life. while nightfall is a buff for death, it needn't be compared with this card, because in the situation of a 3 element scorpion deck, there's no dark to play nightfall, AND this get's into situation-ness. you don't have to worry about nightfall because this is an entirely different situation

It looks nice and provides another way to buff scorpions for damage. It works especially well in a rainbow. I like it

That symbol seems to have been the base for the  symbol.  Anyway, we're going off topic. What is the difference between the two cards? The effects seem identical.  Nevermind reread the card. It's hard for me to catch stuff like that.

Cost Raito fits as well when compared to Nightfall.  Also, on your table, for "Element", replace  with "Other".  That will be checked during curator review.

I think it's a good card. You should, however, change either the upped or unupped card, as they're identical at the moment.

That's what I thought too. However there is a slight difference.

Unupped affects all scorpions.
Upped affects only your scorpions.
