Okay, voting is over, the non-elemental version is the winner, here it is the fire version for the backup from the original post, in the original post is kept the other version only:

I have created two version of my idea, i cannot decide which one is the better, so please vote above.

Here it is the fire one:

CURATOR COMMENT
-You're going to have to remove the card table above this post (with the Fire or :fire Dragon) to prevent confusion of which idea you want to promote
-You need to change the art or gain permission from the artist. The Terms of Use from Vladstudio (http://www.vladstudio.com/terms/) require that you obtain explicit written permission to use those type of artworks (contact him and provide proof that he's okay with letting that art become part of a card idea)

Simple, but probably too powerful in certain rainbows. I can imagine Sundials being a very effective target for this card, which would result in some handy upgraded :time cards...

Awww... this card could get so OP so easily...  Is it like nymph tears where I can destroy my opponents permanents and it just creates the creature on their side?

nope. sacrifice means you can target your own permanents only. like immolation/cremation.

I really like this idea, but anyone else here "ITS WAY TO OP!!" in the back of your head?  With a sundial deck its a stall and you get creatures for free.

nice idea, but i think it should summon creaturematching the permanent element, and the non-upgraded does not need to have any chances to summom upgraded creature.
and i have a question- if i use the non-upgraded card on upgraded permanent, will it summon upgraded creature or normal (non-upgraded) creature?

I almost feel like this card fits more as a :life card then any other. Like the concept, had an idea for this once, but could never work it out. I can imagine this in like a malignant cell deck
