wow, dragons, wyrms, and any other flying creature so basiccaly if you have 5 of these and 2 dragons out you are gaurenteed a new dragon every turn in an element which already has wings to stall this may just be op

Forgot to specify in the notes that this affects both players. Also, it would take quite a while to get 5 of these and 2 dragons out, so I don't think its too overpowered. I could lower the percent chance further if its a concern though.

it wouldn't matter if it took to long in a deck with wings and SoG's imagine a deck with
6 aerie
6 SoG's
4 wings
4 Sky dragons
10 Wind Towers

Edit: okay if it can generate creatures for both sides might be up so if i have 2 sky dragons and 5 aeries it generates me and my opponenet a dragon each turn

Alright, changed the notes up a bit to cover this. It no longer stacks, so having 5 of these isn't going to be a huge help. It still affects both sides, but only for their sides creatures. So if your opponent has no airborne creatures, the card does nothing for them (same goes for you obviously).

it's good now but i think you should change it back to letting it stack but in terms of percents so no matter how many you have you can not achieve a 100% rate

Aren't vampires airborne? This+vampire fractal= O.o Oh dear god.
It goes for each pair, correct? So 8 vampires would give a 80% of generating another. 10 would give a 100% chance. So one good fractal+vampire=1 more vamp a turn, guaranteed...meh, maybe not overpowered. Could be fun :D

I have the feeling it could be overpowered with the wrong (or right) cards.

@$$$man: Ill think the percentage thing over, might change it again.

@finkel: No, the number of pairs is irrelevant. The card has a 20% chance of generating one and only one card each turn, regardless of how many pairs there are. Edited the notes to clarify that.

I'm still confused about what airborne is, it's not in my game of elements.

That is also a three-element deck, and would be rather susceptible to bad draws.
