PC for Gravity (yay). This may or may not have been done already, not sure. I'll be surprised if it wasn't, at any rate. Costs seem decent, but might need to be adjusted for both upped & unupped.

It's a good idea, but there's just not enough permanents with active abilities for it to have much of a use at this point.

The upgraded feels more like an inferior SoR than anything else IMHO. Perhaps a little flavor like "gain 1 quantum of your mark" to give it a little thematic uniqueness? (Sanctuary also protects your hand)

Both concerns voiced, right off the bat. Nice! But yeah, I worried there weren't enough perms with activated costs (I was thinking weapons, specifically pulvy), but at least this way, I've got the idea posted. As for the upgraded being somewhat...plain, I think I may have come up with a solution to that. Thank you for the suggestion.
