Capricorn is a earth based zodiac.
All of the zodiacs are put into one of 4 categories.

Fire signs:    Aries, Leo, Sagittarius    These signs are fiery, ardent, enthusiastic, spontaneous, self-sufficient, and romantic. Misused, they can be bossy and too forceful.

Earth signs:    Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn    These signs are practical, earthy, dependable, conservative, and sensual.   They love material comforts and have good recuperative powers.  Misused, they can be dull and too materialistic.

I like it.  Of course, to avoid severe balance problems it couldn't be as strong as discord in scrambling.   It compares to abomination reasonably well.  While it does get an ability for only one HP, extra scramble is of only a little use when you will also have discord.  Maybe it could lose another HP or two though, just because.

Now, the question:  How much should it scramble?  I say two quanta.  Discord changes ten, but always leaves one quanta unscrambled.  That means capricorn would see some use at only one quanta scrambled, but it needs to be useful in itself as well.  A problem to note with this approach is that capricorn would get used just by virtue of being a mid range attacker.  The two quanta will add up, though much more slowly than if it was in a burst. 

I really prefer this method of scramble to discord.  As is, discord is a strong counter to almost all non-rainbow decks.  This has a more moderate power which, while boostable, is still going to be limited by the low number of quanta per scramble.  True, with adrenaline it would scramble three time per hit, but it's not any better than three seperate hits.  It just won't take ten quanta down to one so easily.  It will keep the quanta fairly well distributed, but it will leave a significant amount left for your opponent to try to counter it with.
