Your opponent's spell effects are reversed except permanent-destroying spells.

ART:

IDEA:
Xiaolin Showdown
NOTES:
Not the spells are reversed, but their effects:

Relic: generate 1 quantum matching your mark and consume the relic in the process.

Chaos Seed: a determined effect is inflicted to the target and this effect is always firebolt inflicting 1 poison.
Chaos Power: random penalty in attack power and health are granted to target creature. Stats can go negative.
Nova: absorbs 1 quanta from each element.
Mutation: set target creature back to its original form unless nothing happens.
Antimatter: keep the attack power of the target creature, don't modify it. (= nothing happens).
Butterfly Effect: target low attack creature's skill is now: :entropy :entropy :entropy Protect Artifact.
Pandemonium: mass Chaos Seed (= plague). Removes invisibility.
Shard of Serendipity: Remove 3 random cards from your hand. The first one is the shard itself.

Poison: poison yourself.
Plague: infect every creature on own field. Removes own invisibility.
Aflatoxin: remove all poison and inflict a +2 purify counter on target creature.
Shard of Sacrifice: inflict 48 damage to yourself and remove all but your :death quanta, but your opponent will swap the damage with healing, not you.

Momentum: target creature gets -1|-1 and is fully blocked by any shield. Lobotomizing enables the creature to go through shields again but with the reduced stats.
Gravity Pull: all damage done to the gravity pulled creature is directed at the creature's owner. (A creature that was GPulled before Reversing Mirror was played would not get this twist)
Black Hole: generate 3 quanta per element for your opponent. Deals 36 damage to the user if the opponent didn't have a Sanctuary.
Acceleration: accelerated creature gets -2|+1 per turn, but attack power cannot go under 0.

Plate Armor: deal 3 damage to target creature.
Enchant Artifact: destroy target permanent (or how about a gravity pull but on permanents?).
Earthquake: add 3 pillars or pendulums to target cluster. Add only 1 or 2 pillars/pendulums if target cluster has only 1 or 2 pillars/pendulums.
Stone Skin: reduce your max health by X. X is the number of :earth you own.
Basilisk Blood: target creature gains adrenaline.

Heal: damage yourself for 20 HP.
Adrenaline: target creature gains basilisk blood.
Mitosis: target creature gains the skill to kill itself. New skill overwrites any old ones.

Firebolt: deal the damage to yourself. Ignores targetting.
Deflagration: no change.
Rain of Fire: heal all enemy creatures for 3 HP.
Immolation: sacrifice a creature, your opponent gains 6 :fire plus 1 quantum for each non-fire element.
Rage Potion: -5|+5. Attack power can go into negative.
Shard of Bravery: silence your opponent for 1 turn. Discard a card if your mark is :fire. It does nothing if the opponent has a Sanctuary in play.

Freeze:
Icebolt: deal the damage to yourself. Ignores targetting.
Purify: poison the target with 2 poison.
Nymph's Tears: turn target creature into a pillar|tower of its element.
Dry Spell: heal the creatures and drain :water quanta.

Holy Light: heal 10 points as usual, but damage Life and Light creatures instead.
Blessing: grant -3|-3.
Miracle: set your HP to 1. Consumes all your :light quanta.
Luciferin: heal 10 points as usual, but your creatures generate :darkness instead of :light.
Shard of Divinity: decrease your max HP by 16, 24 if your mark is :light.

Thunderstorm: deals 2 damage to every own creature. Removes own invisibility.
Flying Weapon: fly the opponent's weapon if he has any.
Shockwave: target your own HP.
Sky Blitz: halve the attack power of all your airborne creatures for 1 turn. Consumes all your :air quanta.

Reverse Time: target creature becomes the last card of its owner's deck.
Precognition: You draw a card, but your opponent will see your hand.
Shard of Readiness: lobotomize target creature.

Steal: no change.
Drain Life: target your own HP and THEN heal back the same amount. If you don't die from this, essentially nothing happens.
Liquid Shadow: remove target creature's skill. Poison and antimatter the target creature.
Nightmare: Fractal target creature. Suffer 2 damage for each card added, the opponent heals the same amount of HP.

Lightning: heals 5 HP to target.
Parallel Universe: target creature is placed on your opponent's field.
Quintessence: cast gravity pull on the target creature.
Fractal: generates a Chimera.
Silence: acts like Shard of Bravery but your opponent only draws 3 cards if your mark is :aether.
Shard of Wisdom: grants +4 attack power and spell damage to target creature.

Spell damage creatures: they act like if they were antimattered.

I added what I could. Please help me out with suggestions for the rest.

Don't think this needs to have a timer. That'd be necessary if you made this disable PC
Make mutation RT and vice versa. Pair quint and freeze? Since quint removes frozen
Bit weird with Chaos Seed. Considering a fire/light stall where RoF is Pandemonium and rage pots are Seeds. Could probably run off mark. Unsure if OP
Also annoying that you say PC isn't affected and then list affecting BE

If I drop the disable PC function, the only weakness would be Pulverizer, so I drop the timer instead.
RT and mutation are tricky, but i'm sure that they are not the opposite of each other. RT should: target creature becomes the last creature of owner's deck.
About Chaos Seed it may sound weird indeed. But my point there was that its effect is random, so its reversed effect should be always the same. It could have been anything, but I thought firebolt is the most common, that's why I chose it. Chaos Power, however, would grant negative attack and HP bonuses. RoF wouldn't be Pandemonium and Rage Potions wouldn't be Chaos Seeds.
Butterfly Effect does not affect permanents. It only affects creatures and that results in a new possibility of destroying permanents.

I'm a bit concerned about that this card can be double-edged, because it makes some spells OP instead of UP, so adding a "click-to-disable" function, similar to what SoPa has, looks a good solution for me. It should also make a stall-preparation for the unupped version.

Double edged is good
I wasn't claiming RoF and Rage Pot should become chaos seed/pandemonium. The chaos seed/pandemonium fire/light stall was an idea for how to use this card. Apologies for jumping from effect reversal ideas to a potential deck idea. To clarify the idea further: This card turns pandemonium into a mass fire bolt. Load up on fire quanta and you'll clear the field with every cast of pandemonium. You won't have to spend :fire for CC, yet your CC will consistenly scale off of :fire. All with cards which cost much less than the fire cards they'd replace in a conventional fire/light stall. Something I didn't consider: this reversing Miracle. Another point towards the proposed deck not being OP

You make a good point here about having access to way too cheap mass CC, but note that while unupgraded Reversing Mirror is in play: RoF, firebolt and miracle are useless. But taking your advice into consideration, what do you think about changing to this?:
Chaos Seed: a determined effect is inflicted to the target and this effect is always inflicting 1 poison.

Dude I think -ve quanta allows summoning creatures for free. Dat nova could backfire

Hm, I changed the wording, so the quanta cannot go under 0.
Nova: drains 1 quanta from each element. (or should it be deplet instead of drain?)

Having Blackhole and Nova exchange themselves would give this good synergy with Sanctuary
Having Nova act like Blackhole makes it so that Nova isn't essentially a dead card when this is active

Added :death and :gravity too on the list. ;)

None of them synergize with Sanctuary as it does nothing with self-cast spells. :-X
Also, Nova and Blackhole are not the reverse of each other. :/ So they can't really be just swapped.

oh and do nightmare and RT.
(mwhaha ghostmare's going down)

This seems like a strong denial deck. And the best part is unupped affects both players so even if it gets stolen it still functions ;)

To be fair, this does look rather complicated, but if you consider that most reversals are self explanatory, you hardly need the list.  Of course there are a few that might have two relatively acceptable reversals.

I like that butterfly effect would turn a creature into an Enchant artifact on a stick (which could be very OP), but i think that others might shy away from this card due to this reason. This card would be a nice counter to pdials though -better than purify.

The list is now updated. It's not complete yet, but suggestions are welcome.

If you request a specific spell/spells to be done, I'll do my best to think of the reverse effect of it if it's not on the list yet. :)

Yay! I can finally give my opponent singularities! Obscure decks are obscure! And fun! ... and somehow quite balanced.

Watch out because SN would drain your quanta instead of generating. ;) Unless you play Reversing mirror after the second SN and then PU.

Wow game changing is right. The best part is, the only way to protect this from PC would be to use butterfly effect after it had been played. So any deck with PC need to worry about their spells.

After looking at the list of abilities, here's some suggestions:

- Mitosis, Kill all other copies of the target card OR Kill a random copy of the target card
- Freeze, Freeze your weapon OR Cast immortality on the creature
- Ice bolt, Give 2 purify counters to the target per every 10 :water. May freeze the target.
- Nymph's Tears, Target becomes a pillar / tower of its element. (Tower depends on whether it is upped. Other creatures give Quantums)
- Dry Spell, Cast flooding for a turn
- Holy Light, Damage the target for up to 10 HP. Heal if the target's element is :death or :darkness
- Blessing, Inflict 3 poison counters to the target creature
- Luciferin, All creatures with a skill lose it and gain "bio-luminescence"
- Flying weapon, destroy your weapon OR Fly opponent's weapon OR Play a dagger
- Shard of Readiness, Add 2 quanta to the cost of the creature's ability. If target is :time, lobotomize. (Quanta added is the same type as current or of card element if the ability uses other quanta or is free.)

Just thinking about how some of those would work is mind boggling  ?_?

THIS IS THE BEST DECK EVER!!!!! I WOULD SO USE THIS ALWAYS

anyway, what if mitosis took away all creatures of the same name and gave it an ability to create a malignant cell?

My take on the missing ones (necro FTW)

Aflatoxin: Purify the creature (opposite of poisoning)
Mitosis: The creature gains the skill to kill itself (opposite of creating new creatures)
Freeze: remove freeze and deal one damage (burn)
Icebolt: deal the damage to yourself (same as firebolt)
Nymph's Tears: Target a creature and turn it into a pillar of its element
Dry Spell: Heal the creatures and drain :water quanta
Holy Light: Switch the elemental hate to light and life
Blessing: grant -3/-3
Luciferin: take 10 damage and the creatures gain the skill to generate :darkness
Flying Weapon: Fly the opponent's weapon
Shard of Readiness: lobotomize the creature (SoR makes easy to use a skill. lobo makes it impossible)

Thanks for them! :) I added everything except Freeze, which I'm still unsure of.
Any suggestions on the card, balance-wise? ^^

Didn't see that before. I read through the conversation now and see that the creator of the original idea gave up, so I guess it's okay if I continue-ish. >_> Furthermore, my idea is different, because it's not a shard, it is limited to only spell effects (and creatures with spell damage) and leaves direct PC unaffected.

I'm thinking of changing the "give singularity to opponent" mechanic.
