Why is this card in the Crucible Archive? (I presume the Crucible Archive is where ideas that aren't current are sent and not really voted on further, but I am not a forum expert.) What must be done to bump it back into the idea pool? I think this is a really neat idea and has a lot of potential. I want to know what criteria it needs to get it back for voting soon.

It is in the Crucible Archive because it was not sufficient popular to move on to the Forge. Water had a lot of suggestions so the suggestions per card were lower and many suggestions were Archived per month. The relative complexity of the card might also have been a factor.

The same suggestion is not submitted twice. You would need to make a significantly different suggestion.
