LQTM. Rewind that requires their participation? Impressive. But methinks a chain of Silences will work nicely with this here card.
Perception is the source of misunderstanding.

Why, yes. I do have a Mindgate necklace. It's how I ninja everyone.

Interesting lockdown card, would work well with Nightmare and GoTP (No room = no recall).  It can backfire, but it also makes a good soft PC.

Nice idea, and I find interesting the difference between unupped and upped recall. Well done.

CURATOR COMMENT
-Who is the artist that made the picture? If there's no source for the art piece, it cannot be moved up.

I'm okay with the idea, but to pull this off alongside a Ghost+Nightmare combo seems a bit complicated and dreary to do. The 'Recall' function/card is a nice balancing factor, although it still cripples rainbow decks that rely on unprotected Eternities or other cards that have abilities that need to be used immediately.

The best thing about this is that you can basically 'refresh' one of your permanents as necessary, like Phase Shield or Sundial... ;)

A soft PC for time with many cool combos and tricks with many cards. Using the bottom of the deck is an untouched and an interesting new mechanic to the game.

Thx for crediting the Time Portal in the notes.

CURATOR COMMENT:
-Please remove the text from the SERIES section of your tables.
-I'm not sure how to deal with advertising another card in your notes section. It should be okay, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll talk with Kuroaitou about it.

Meh, it's more like attributing credit and acknowledging firsts; it prevents unnecessary situations where one might go, "Pfft, this has been done before. >.>"

In that case, you may want to specify that somewhere in the NOTES section of the table.
This will avoid situations like the one you mentioned above, as well as a situation where one might go, "why is he advertising this other guy's card? ???"

Maybe you could turn it into the rework of the original idea and just provide a link to it which is allowed. I would allow it to be considered as a rework of the original idea which was mine.
