Nice idea for a card, I think the cost is too high though.

This card costs too much.
Most situations you would want to use it would be in the start of the game.

Pretty much what Glaviga said. If I had an hand that had NO pillars/towers/novas or anything playable, EXCEPT this card, then I'd rather just use this card, sacrifice everything, and then receive a new hand to start getting quanta.

Perhaps you should make the cost 'free' in terms of quanta and let it take from your health instead, or have it only cost 1-2 quanta (enough that if you don't have any quanta besides the one from your mark, then you'd just have enough to start fresh again).

I think it should be free seeing as you just discarded 7 cards, which would have helped you kill the opponent. Plus, you just made it 7 turns faster for the opponent to deck you out.

Right now, you are paying 12/8 quanta that you don't have, to draw more cards making it easier for the opponent to deck you out.

Nice idea though, everyone wants a second draw.

And it should be 'number of cards', not amount of cards.
(compare number of dollars vs amount of money).
