Not really.

1) Mitosis and SoR are a two card combo. Mitosis without SoR is far more balanced as the cost is the same as the creature, so you're not really gaining much.
2) It has much more in common with Graboid in that (although not being a standalone card) it is a 4-cost card that can produce a high-attack creature with little to no possibilities to stop that (except killing all opponent's creatures).
3) It is more dependable on duos, due to low cost being usable with mark + some pends easily.

Don't worry, I'm just criticizing a bit. No harm meant, no offense taken.

Anyway, yes, but its weaknesses are summarized by this fact: you need to have a creature out for a whole turn before playing it. That's what it is, really, since lobo effect is possibly a PLUS (as it is more versatile and you're going to use it to increase attack power anyway), and summoning sickness means you have to wait a turn rather than wasting it sooner.
