Possible applications that spring into my mind:
+ Speedbows and Immorushes splashing this and Precogs. Possibly faster than vNG, should be tested.
+ Twin Universe in the same duo as Graboid. This cannot be a good thing.
+ Monotime rush capacities greatly enhanced. This is probably a good thing.
+ Overall greater efficiency of all Time decks. This is probably a good thing.

I don't think this is a good card. What it does to the metagame is greatly enhance the most powerful rush archetypes and while giving something good to Time might be a good idea, there are other possibilities for that.

I don't see it as a bad thing. If we have a faster grabby rush, then so shall it be. Mind you, it was indirectly nerfed in the 1.27 patch.

That's what I was aiming for.  The idea of this card is to boost the overall power of the time element. It currently is very weak on its own.

Well, speedbows and immorushes are what I was referring to. Also, this costs exactly as much as Graboid, except instead of 3 :earth and 1 :time you need 3 :time and 1 :time. Is a deck with 12 graboids a good thing? In my opinion, no.
While you can argue Shrieker Rush is not the top anymore, look at the unupped environment: Graboid rush is used a lot, and giving it such an advantage seems iffy.

I can agree Time needs something more, but we should aim at different types of enhancement. For example, Hieroglyph.

Anyways, I'd increase the cost to at least 4|3. Gut feeling.

What I mean is, you are effectively introducing another 4 quanta high attack duo critter in the game. Be it used on GotP to run it mono, be it used on Dragons or on Shriekers, that's what you have there. It has requirements, sure, but it can duo with any element. Is adding another Graboid-like card in the game a good thing?

Don't forget that if you use this on a Graboid, neither it nor its clone will have Evolve.
You can't use it on Graboids. You can use it on Shriekers, though.

This is really nothing like graboid except in the way the casting and ability costs are organized.
Like OldTrees said, this is essentially a much weaker PU with lobo. It can be used for offensive capabilities too:
i.e. if your opponent has an antimattered creature, you can use remember on it, and the AI will use deja vu because it's hysterically stupid like that. (Works with mitosis if you don't believe me)

1) Mitosis and SoR are a two card combo. Mitosis without SoR is far more balanced as the cost is the same as the creature, so you're not really gaining much.
2) It has much more in common with Graboid in that (although not being a standalone card) it is a 4-cost card that can produce a high-attack creature with little to no possibilities to stop that (except killing all opponent's creatures).
3) It is more dependable on duos, due to low cost being usable with mark + some pends easily.

Well, there are quite a few differences between Graboid and Remember:
Graboid MUST be an earth/time duo.
The Remember'd creature may have summoning sickness.
The creature resulting from Remember may have higher/lower attack/hp.
Graboid by itself is rather balanced, while Remember does not take initial quanta cost of the creature nor the cost of any buffs placed on the Remember'd creature.
Remember is a two card combo. You need the original creature and Remember. Mitosis+Sor is three, Graboid is one.
