. Is a deck with 12 graboids a good thing? In my opinion, no.
While you can argue Shrieker Rush is not the top anymore, look at the unupped environment: Graboid rush is used a lot, and giving it such an advantage seems iffy.
I can agree Time needs something more, but we should aim at different types of enhancement. For example, Hieroglyph.
