You know I think you just gave me the anwser to solve my own Deja Vu problem card. Also it make a lot more sence and thanks thos I'll be awhile befor I can correct my Time Rune (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,10333.0.html) if you want to see what I ment. As it's part of my seires.

Yah, if you're gonna have a skill like Deja Vu given out to anything, it can't be cheap. Making it's cost change depending on it's attack or original cost is a good fix =]

I think the unupped should cost 4 and the upped should cost 3 just like Epinephrine in cost, and the Deja Vu ability is just too OP.

What makes it so OP? It costs a ton of to use if you're Deja Vuing a high attack creature anyways.
Deja vu on a Ruby dragon for example, would cost 8 .
It's better to just use TU no?

No one would use it on a Ruby Dragon, they would use it all on Horned Frogs or Cockatrices.

2 (Horned Frog) + 3 (Epinephrine) + 3 (Recreation) + 2 (Deja Vu) = 10

With that you got 24 Healing a turn and 24 attack a turn.  Thats a bit OP huh?

It's still pretty easily countered.
A horned frog is pretty fragile, just about any form of CC can kill it.
