Right, its 1 quanta per source. Of course, since you also target it twice it takes damage 2 additional times, so you would get back 3 quanta.
1) Basilisk blood -> takes 1 damage from "fragile" ability -> +1 quanta
2) Rage pot -> 5 damage from rage pot (1 quanta) then 1 damage from "fragile" (1 quanta) -> +2 quanta
Net effect of +3 quanta, 7 damage inflicted, +5|+20 to stats and a 6 turn delay.
(I.e. you would get 3 quanta of your mark and have a 6|16 creature with a 6 turn delay for a total cost of 2
