Anyways, it's a great concept.  I take it your own spells can't target any creatures on your side aside from "Red Herring?"

You are correct ... although, I wonder if it would be better as "Red Herring becomes the only one of your creatures that your opponent can target."

Does Rain of Fire/Pandemonium affect other creatures? What will happen for pandemonium?
Quinted creatures are not targetable and are not effected from field-wide effects.
If I remembered correctly, the mechanism of field-wide spells are like hitting creature no. 1-->creature no.2-->creature no.3-->...-->creature no.23
Also, can it be lobo'd?

Yes, non-targeted spells will affect your other creatures.

Its ability is passive and therefore cannot be lobotomized.

Health should be 2 at most. Super cheap mass pseudo-quint, getting it off the field should be easy.

Quint permanently makes the target creature untargetable.
This forces all effects to direct onto itself, thus giving temporary invulnerability to other creatures. After all of these are wiped off the board, it's targetability as usual.
