Does it affect immortals?

The 'randomness' of the card makes it seem like the mechanic should belong to Entropy (which your 'Entropy-based' notes already do), but considering that most of your cards revolve around damaging or healing a creature's HP, I guess this card isn't too bad in comparison to the other melodies.
