Yea, I've seen this kind of cards in other games although most of them let you discard the card(s) that is not selected. In other games, they are usually spell cards. But, this one is a creature, which I perosnally have a mixed feeling about. I don't think it's OP, but I'm not sure if I'd consider this card balanced. A card that can attack your oppoent and lets you do that card picking every turn? Hmmmmmm....
